Sgt. Troy Burnett of the Ogden (Utah) Police Department knew a suspect had a dangerous criminal history, but wasn't able to communicate this to the newer officer who initiated the traffic stop. What would you do?

How would you communicate with a fellow officer if you couldn't do so via radio?

In retrospect, one officer recognized the suspect's reaction to dropping his wallet was a red flag. Have you ever realized a suspect's action was a red flag, but only later?
