gang identification via tattoo

I need help in trying to identify what gang (if any) a tattoo is affiliated with? The tattoo is a five pointed crown on top of a circle with what looks like a sword through the circle. Each of the five points on the crown has a small circle or ball on top of the point. It looks as if each point of the crown has the letter "A" on it. The owner of this tattoo is from the Fresno California area and the San Francisco bay area. At first I thought it might be a Latin Kings tattoo, but I am having second thoughts. Any help or suggestions would be a great help.

Thank you in advance!
