Deputy charged in molestation
A Los Angeles County sheriff's deputy was charged Tuesday with sexually molesting a 15-year-old relative, authorities said.
Ricky Hermosillo, 42, is accused of inappropriately touching the girl's breasts when she was about 9.
He touched again her while making inappropriate sexual comments April 26.
Ten days later she reported the incident to her father, who contacted police. Hermosillo was arrested Friday and, if convicted, could face up to nine years in prison.
Released after posting bail of $100,000, he is scheduled to be arraigned June 3.
