Has anyone heard if S.376 has come to a vote or passed? In MD. the form for certtification asks for either 15yrs of service or retired after completing probation due to a service connected disability.

According to thomas.loc.gov it was supposedly put on the senate legislative calendar last September.

I would consider it dead for now.
