June 2007 Never Bring a TASER to a Gunfight
Does you agency's training clearly specify that TASERs are not to be used as a substitute for deadly force?

RE: June 2007 Never Bring a TASER to a Gunfight
We train officers that the taser is not a replacement for the pistol, OC, baton, or flashlight. The taser is a great weapon, but officers can become overly dependent upon them.
