How are higher gas prices affecting you and your agency?

My agency has a huge problem with gas prices. We are spread over the state of Texas and some supervisors have to drive 200 miles to see the officers they supervise.We have cut the budget for travel for training and some of the other less necessary supplies, but other than that, all we can do is suffer. We have asked the officers to do their best to reduce fuel usage, but I am not sure how well that works.
