Portland Officer Who Harassed Female Recruits Resigns
A Portland patrol officer accused of harassing female officers resigned before his termination hearing earlier this week, KGW.com reports.
Officer Joseph Wild, 28, was accused of making sexually explicit calls to three female police recruits and three other women and girls he met while on duty using his bureau cell phone. Wild wrote notes about the calls in his field notebook.
