Xenonics Signs Exclusive Distribution Deal with Aardvark Tactical

Xenonics, maker of SuperVision night vision and NightHunter illumination products, announced today that it has entered into an exclusive U.S. distribution agreement with Aardvark Tactical Inc. (ATI) of Azusa, Calif.

"Aardvark has long been Xenonics' most significant customer,” said said Alan Magerman, CEO of Xenonics. “Since 2004, $11 million of our NightHunter illumination devices have been included in ATI's non-lethal force protection kits for the U.S. military. This exclusive U.S. distribution agreement will allow us to leverage Aardvark's proven sales and marketing and distribution capabilities across the full range of Xenonics products, now and in the future. We believe this agreement marks the beginning of a significant expansion of our business with ATI,".

CEO of Aardvark Tactical Jon Becker said, "We are excited to be exclusive U.S. distributor of Xenonics' state-of-the-art illumination and night vision products, which we plan to integrate in a number of large military and other procurement programs we currently are developing. Our sales force is intimately familiar with the products and understands what they can do for our customers, and our team is already working to convert its enthusiasm into sales."

Founded in 1987, ATI is one of the largest suppliers of nonlethal weapons, riot control, force protection, and tactical equipment in the United States. ATI's core business runs the gamut from simple distribution of products for police officers to complicated military system integration projects going to dozens of destinations.
