Jersey City Officer Marc DiNardo Remains on Life Support, Police Say
A police spokesman said this morning a wounded Jersey City police officer remains on life support.
Authorities on Monday said Officer Marc DiNardo's condition deteriorated and his demise was imminent. Lt. Edgar Martinez said the 37-year-old is still in critical condition at Jersey City Medical Center.
DiNardo was shot in the face with a shotgun blast as he and other officers tried to storm an apartment on July 16. Four other officers were wounded.
