Drug Means "New Era" of Treatment for Hepatitis C
Duke University has announced a breakthrough in the treatment of hepatitis C that could help the many officers who have contracted the disease on the job, A new drug appears to cure far more people and does it in half the time of current therapies, researchers say. The drug is now in the final testing stages. If all goes well, it could be on the market in 2011.
