DA Validates San Diego Officer's Fatal Shooting

Gregory Allen Mudd, 30, of Rancho Bernardo, was mortally wounded last November he led officers on a chase that exceeded speeds of 100 mph, ending with him ramming two patrol cars and knocking down an officer.
